I am a vegan for a bunch of reasons, including wanting to make people uncomfortable, struggles with an eating disorder and desire to be mindful of the planet. A sort of jack-of-all-vegans, I know something about everything to do with food, thanks to my fabulous Nutrition Specialist mother and restaurant industry father.
