Thai Fresh Rolls
You’re hosting a get together and you want to serve something unique and delicious. These Thai fresh rolls are just the ticket to impress vegan and non-vegan friends alike. The best part, they look complicated but they are super easy to make!
What you need:
1 package of spring roll rice paper (get them at your local Asian market for less.)
2 cucumbers, cut in half and sliced into thin sticks
1 package of fresh mint leaves
10 oz. package of carrots cut into “matchsticks” or 2 large carrots cut into very thin sticks.
Asian dipping sauces of your choice
I could write out the directions, but I think watching me fold these babies will give you a much better feel for the process. See more recipes at TheVeganMenu.com
Make these treats larger if you’re serving as a main dish, or smaller if you are serving them as an appetizer! Subscribe to the blog!

Just an FYI - I add tofu in these. I've had the very hardest time figuring out how to deal with the rice paper, and that's why I stopped making them myself... so let's hope your video helps me figure it out!
-
I had never thought of adding tofu, do you season it? I hope the video helps, was the paper breaking or just loose?

Welcome to theflamingvegan The Vegan Menu! The recipe is quick and easy..I guess it would work well with the cucumbers chopped or grated as well. Checking out your website too.
-
Thanks! It would taste just as good but having the cucumbers in think pieces like that kinda helps keep it firm. :)

Yeah true..every time I try rolls I have stuff falling off..Even I add sauteed tofu to my rolls which helps in binding the veggies a bit..
-
That sounds good! Do you have a website?
