- Dark green lettuce
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Yellow Onion sliced
- Dash of salt & pepper
- Cucumber sliced
On wheat bread, spread mayonnaise. then, add, all ingredients.. Cut in quarters.
With the onset of school approaching children coming in from school, wondering, what is for dinner when mom don't have dinner made just yet. Sit the little ones down to a good and hearty healthy snacks of fingerwiches. Let them wash it down with a good glass of orange juice to quinch their thirst. These fingerwiches, makes for a great snack at any time of the day or night.
