Craving chocolates? Well, I have a quick and healthy solution. I am going to share a recipe which is delicious and healthy at the same time. Here’s my version of a healthy vegan chocolate pudding! Now, you might be wondering how a chocolate pudding can be healthy, right. But this recipe has certain ingredients like bananas and avocados, which are full of fibres and proteins. This classic pudding is absolutely easy to make and you can prepare it all by yourself.
· ½ cup almond milk
· ½ cup cocoa powder
· ½ cup maple syrup
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
· 2 bananas
· 1 avocado
· Vegan whipped cream
Step 1: First, peel the avocado and bananas and cut them into big chunks. Next, blend them in a food processor, until the mixture turns into a smooth paste. You can then set it aside.
Step 2: Now, add the almond milk to the mixture and whisk the ingredients together.
Step 3: Next, add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and the vanilla extract to the mixture.
Step 4: Check if the ingredients are mixed properly by tasting it with a spoon.
Step 5: Now, divide the mixture equally and pour it into serving glasses or serving bowls. Keep the glasses or bowls in the fridge for at least 6-7 hours.
Step 6: Check if the pudding is ready, remove it from the fridge, and serve it with whipped cream! You can even cut some banana slices and use it as a garnish on top of the whipped cream.
