Do you ever want to eat cupcakes, but are afraid of the negative health concerns of a regular cupcake? Well I have vegan recipe that is healthy and tastes very good. It tastes no different from a more "traditional" cupcake, and the only change is that you are using healthier, non-animal derived ingredients. The best thing about these? They're really simple to make! This is a a recipe that your kids will enjoy. If you are more strict when it comes to sugary desserts, how about just a once-a-week sugar day? Use organic ingredients, and you're all set!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups wheat flour 1/3 cup oil
- 1cup sugar (organic)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
*Remember mix the solid products together first then add all the liquids. Make sure to replace all the ingredients with organic products and preheat over at 350 degrees F.
Lastly, enjoy it because you will want to make it everyday.
