For me one of the main reasons for being vegan, is to become healthier. While cutting out the meat, dairy, fish, and so on is a really good start, there are still more obstacles. There are plenty of examples of fatty processed vegan foods full of oils and sugars with little to none nutritional value. Personally, it was tough for me to get Oreos out of my lfe. They're fun to twist apart, I ate them with friends, and the sugar as well as fat in them made them addiciting; I thought the serving size of just two was a joke.
Fortunately, If you are looking for yourself, or your children, to eat healthier there are easy substitutions to make for sweets- like Oreo cookies. The answer is frozen grapes!
Taking grapes and freezing them not only increases the shelf life by preserving the nutrients inside, but also is quick and easy to do! At most you have to wash the grapes, pick them off, and bag them up before you pop them in the freezer; before you know it you will be popping them in your mouth! Surprisingly sweet, these grapes will definitely satisfy for dessert or even as a snack. Something you should definitely give a try!

Voted. It sounds like a very healthy dessert idea, I must try. I presume they satisfy the sweet craving then? Red grapes have numerous health benefits too.

Oh, this is a great idea! I can't believe I didn't think of that... I, the one who comes from the home of Ice Wine, the sweetest form of wine that exists! Hey, and ice wine would make a great pairing for this dessert, too! Voted!

Things like Oreo make people wonder how they will survive as a vegan. Thanks for sharing this idea :) Though I am not fan of frozen food, I understand that you need to consume it in some parts of the world.

haha no problem! I love freezing food, I can't go shopping too often, so it helps to having it frozen and stored up =)
