Hey! I'm posting a RECIPE, guys - with numbers! Hey hey! Write it down in the calendar, it won't happen often!
Seeing so many people speaking of juice and enjoying yet another one bought from someone else, I decided to try my own. And I was pleasantly surprised at the results. It turned out divine! All you need is a blender and a clean glass!
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup of blackberries - which are extremely popular here in Colombia, as opposed to raspberries, but these will do just fine as well
- 1/4 cup of coconut water, which I got from a street vendor, but if all you have access to is coconut milk or almond milk, that will be fine also
- 3 small ice cubes
Throw it all in your blender and whirrrrrr until smooth!
This is delightfully tangy and sweet at the same time, while adding that slightly nutty kick from the coconut or the almonds. Yum!
Makes whatever portions you want, depending if you're a big juice drinker like me or not.
