With the following mayonnaise recipe, you can make a tasty vegan soy mayonnaise that can go in salads, on sandwiches, on crackers and bread and with many other appetizers. It can be made in five minutes and non-vegans love it just as much as nutritionally-conscious people.
My family and friends come to my house every weekend and they cannot believe how good the food can be without meat and dairy. In fact, as I found out that my food made out of high-quality ingredients can be enjoyed by everyone, I have written down many vegan recipes I know.
Here goes one of the vegan foods I prepared last weekend when I spent quality time with my non-vegan family and friends, enjoying nutritious meals. Ingredients are easy to find, preparation is easy, the preparation time is not too extensive and washing the plates in the end does not seem to be an impossible mission.
Four tablespoons of powder soy milk
A cup of water
One cup of olive oil
1 garlic clove
A pinch of chopped parsley
Some chopped olives
A few drops of lemon juice
Put the powder soy milk in a blender and add the water. Turn it on and wait for a couple of seconds. Then slowly start adding the olive oil. It should be blended in approximately 2 minutes.
The olive oil amount can be increased or reduced if the cook wishes to vary the texture of the mayonnaise.
Grind the garlic clove and add it into the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Turn it on again for a couple more seconds and voilà! You created your own home-made soy mayonnaise. Now you can share delicious snacks and meals containing soy mayonnaise with your loved ones.
