These foods also contain monounsaturated fats (also known as good fats) from nuts and low in trans fats (also known as bad fats). In addition, Granola bars also have varying amounts of dietary fiber, which are good in meeting body's fiber demands.

- 8 granola bars
- 8 tablespoons raisins
- 8 tablespoons chopped nuts
- 4 cups sweetened yogurt
- Place granola bars in a plastic sealed bag, and seal them pound with a mallet to lightly crush. Divide among 4 serving bowls.
- To each bowl add 2 tablespoons each of raisins and nuts.
- Pour a cup of sweetened yogurt into every bowl just before serving.
