I'm so excited today while looking ahead to the juicing portion of my journey.
I have not a clue as to how this phase— (the second leg of this life changing journey)— will progress. I don't even know what to expect. The first leg, (detoxing for three days), was predictable. I've done it numerous times. But this leg of juicin for 60 days is very new to me. Juicing is new. Doing it for 60 days is also very new.
It will be interesting indeed.
I May Not Follow Exact Recipe
As I've said at the beginning of this journey, I don't expect to have all the necessary means to follow the juicing recipes exactly. So, I am looking forward to creating my own recipes based on the availability of produce, and having fun.
The Focus is on a Plant-based Diet
Leaning through my creativity is part of the fun for this specific program. And, I like it because it is not too rigid or something to be stressed over when not done exactly as planned by, say a doctor or a nutritionist. I'm free as a bird to actually tweak and change things as I go. But, the primary focus is on using plant-based food only. This is especially important with the juices, which allow for the nutrients to go straight into my system for immediate cleansing and empowering effects.
I cannot wait!
I'm actually feeling very good today, except for my cramps. I expect to like my first glass of juice since it will be squeezed out of some of my favorite fruits and veggies: apple, noni, broccoli, celery and lettuce.

In a few minutes, I'm preparing my juicer for my first juicing session. I'll tell you all about that later.
