When you combine potassium-rich bananas to cherries, you amplify their power, which is what this delicious smoothie is all about. Bananas help to supply your body with the sugars it requires. It contains glucose that zooms into your blood and helps give you that punch of energy you need when you want to improve your concentration levels. Added to this, it also contains fructose - this takes longer to get absorbed into the body so that you can feel energized for a bit longer. What you’ll need:
- 2 cups fresh cherries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup water (or you could use coconut water if you prefer)
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
How to Make it
- 1. Simply take all the ingredients and blend them until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
