- 3 cups of lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups of honey
- Heat lemon juice and honey until honey is dissolved.
- Cool and chill up to 2 days.
- Before serving, combine lemon mixture with 2 1/2 quarts of water.
- To serve, ladle into 1 pint canning jars filled with ice, fresh mint and lemon pieces.
- Screw on the lids and shake.
