Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 15-oz cans of chickpeas, drained
- 2/3 cup of roasted tahini
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Method:
In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth. Scoop into a serving dish and sprinkle top with paprika. Use the hummus on your sandwiches or as a dip with pita and vegetables!
