Wait, you don’t have to step out of the house for this because I am going to share a recipe which can be easily prepared at home and it will be ready within no time. This recipe is of heavenly vegan chocolate waffles that can be made in five simple steps. I know many of us think that making waffles at home can be rather difficult, but trust me this recipe is one of the easiest recipes you could ever try. So go ahead check out the list of ingredients and the method; grab the ingredients and start making these heavenly vegan chocolate waffles.
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of almond milk
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of baking powder
½ of teaspoon salt
½ cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ cup of oil
Step 1: Pre-heat the waffle iron for 2-3 minutes and prepare the batter in the meantime.
Step 2: For the batter; take a large bowl and add the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, and mix well.
Step 3: Now, add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the bowl.
Step 4: Once all the ingredients are added to the bowl, mix in the oil as well.
Step 5: Add the ingredients to the waffle iron and voila! Your vegan chocolate waffles are ready, in just 5 simple steps. Make sure you serve the waffles piping hot with some vegan whipped cream or some fresh fruits. I also enjoy adding vegan ice cream sometimes, just as a special treat to myself.
