- 4 ripe avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Peel, pit, and mash Avocados (set skins aside for facial)
- Dice tomatoes
- Thoroughly mix together the avocado, tomato, onion, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Serve immediately.
- Store unused portions in refrigerator.
Recipe Yield 7 cups
Use the skins as a sponge and scrub face and neck. Leave on for ten minutes or so, wand ash away with warm water (smoothes skin).
