Hello from Thailand! I have recently discovered this magic blend of seasonings which livens up, and spices up all sorts of fruit of your choice. This blend works well with mangoes, guavas, apples, pineapples, star fruit, or anything, really.
For four servings:
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon chilli powder, or cayenne pepper
1-2 tablespoons sea salt (depending on taste)
Mix all ingredients together and serve on the side with chopped fruit of your choice. Easy, spicy, sweet, and refreshing!
