*You don't need an ice cream maker, but you will need a relatively high powered blender.
Hi everyone! It has been a while. I started a new job so it took me a while to get back into the groove of things. I will take a look at what you guys have been writing after I post this.
I have been going crazy with frozen desserts to keep myself cool during these hot days. These ice creams are so easy to make if you have a decent blender, and have no added sugar other than the natural sugars in the banana and if you decide to add some of the Soy French Vanilla milk, which you can certainly omit. If you add a bit more liquid these would probably make delicious milk shakes!
I tried to recount the amounts of things that I put in each batch, but it is not 100% exact. Everything is flexible, so if you want it thicker, add another 1/2-whole frozen banana, or omit the milk. If you don't have a super powerful blender, you may need to wait for the frozen bananas to thaw slightly. Eat right away or store in airtight freezable container in the freezer.
Blend well until smooth and creamy for each recipe! But you want it to be thick, so don't blend for too long or it'll get too soft. If that happens, you can pop the mixture in the freezer for a bit to firm it up.
