The main ingredients include:
1/2 cup of Vegenaise
2 tablespoons of finely chopped chipotles in adobo
1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice, squeezed from a lime.
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely minced
Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Then, add mixture inside a taco or a burrito, as well as on top of a baked potato, mashed potato, or bean dip. This chipotle salsa will also make a great salad dressing.
