Do you want to star in Benjamin Zephaniah’s brand new music video shoot for a song about veganism?
Renowned poet and Vegan Society ambassador Benjamin has invited the vegans of Birmingham to take part in his music video shoot on Monday (13 November) in Birmingham.
The shoot will feature Benjamin performing the track with a group of local vegans that will be released this November, which is World Vegan Month, to celebrate the growth of vegan movement.
The Birmingham-born artist is calling for vegans to join him in filming the video for a new song about veganism at Alcmy studios.
Don’t worry if you can’t attend in person – the star has also called for video submissions from vegans all around the world. Requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by 13 November.
The submissions should light-hearted and capture the tone of the vegan movement as well as your personality – it can simply be a group of people dancing or miming along to the track.
The music video aims to present veganism as a positive and beneficial lifestyle choice for people from all ages and backgrounds, with children and elderly people especially needed to make the video a success.
The day will kick off on Monday 13 November at 9.30am at Alcmy studios, Unit 204, The Jubilee Centre, 130 Pershore St, Birmingham B5 6ND, and is expected to go on until 4pm.
There will be vegan refreshments provided and you will have an opportunity to meet Benjamin Zephaniah.
Please confirm attendance by emailing email@example.com by 5pm on 12 November.
Benjamin's music video will be available online from week commencing 20 November.
