Best Healthiest "Candy" Ever

Ok, maybe calling it candy is a bit extreme. But it is. It is tasty, gives you energy, is all natural, and oh, so good. My mother used to own her own candy company, but this one I made on my own. Don't worry, Mom, I'm not giving anything away!

 

Energy Bites

 

(all ingredients are not measured, but are estimated amounts. It is all to taste.)

pitted dates (honey, or medjool, for moisture and sugar content)

1 bag dried California apricots

dried cranberries

nuts (try your favorite nut in small amounts to taste. If it works, add it!)

In a blender or food processer, put the pitted dates, nuts, and cranberries. Process until a brown ball, and relatively blended-it will be sticky. Take the dried California Apricots, and making a ball, stuff the apricot with the brown mixture. Try to keep the apricot shaped like a taco. The gooey nature of the sweets will hold it all together. Make as many as you like. I don't know how long they last, because in my house, they don't last long! Refrigerate.
