Garlic is good with many meals, whether placed in many dips, such as humus dip and the eggplant dip, as well as in vegetable salads, sandwiches, and other food dishes.
Ginger is often found in various herbal teas and green teas, as well as food dishes, desserts, salads, ice cream, and even ginger ale.
Cinnamon is usually placed on food for decorative purposes as well as to add a little taste. I like placing some cinnamon on my gourmet coffee drinks and hot cocoa, oatmeal, desserts, and other dishes. During the seventies, many young people enjoying making cinnamon sticks to chew on the spicy and sweet cinnamon flavor. Cinnamon sticks can be used as a gum substitute for many people who are trying to quit a bad habit, such as smoking or overeating.
