I'm in Canada, so the winters can get quite bone-chilling. I love making soup during the chilly months...hearty, healthy and full of different vegetables. I also like thick curry soups, chilis, cabbage soups... mmm. I try to make at least one a week. They are great for any meal, and you can eat the leftovers for a couple of nights.
I've found a nice selection of different Vegan soups, chilis, stews... I definitely recommend trying them out, even if it isn't chilly where you are. The list below has soup for people who love peas, potatoes, leeks, cauliflower, mushroom, tomatoes, wonton soups, corn and more.
Healthy Eating Tip: Make extra and place single servings of soup in freezer jars so you always have soup on hand.
