New vegans have the most in common with other herbivores. For example some herbivores are picky and they feed on one species of plant. However, having more than one source for food stabilizes their population—as there are more options for food. For new vegans, you may be exposed to a few dishes that you favor when you first crossover, but it’s smart to explore other meal combinations to keep the spark alive.
You don't want to feel limited, as a vegan with some seniority will tell you the list of foods is mighty long. Fruits are at the top of the list, featured in dishes such as “Spicy Pineapple and Tequila Sorbet”. You can only imagine how creative, fun, tasty, and mood-altering recipes can get. The vegan community is large and welcoming, spiritual, and just as wise. The haven for healthy food is in a vegan’s home, turning leaves into salad, feeling the best mind body and soul experience the Earth has to offer.
