If I Had a Million Dollars... Daydreams of Opening That Great Vegan Restaurant

It has been a while since I posted, but here goes. I am on vacation in Orlando. I have family here and I'm also visiting them. On my own today, I took the green bus up and down a main drag, just checking everything out. I looked outside the bus window and saw it... a restaurant sign bearing its popular name. It should have read:.."Worlds largest house of horrific death to billions and billions of beings for your personal indulgence."

One of my dreams is having the money to start a chain of vegan restaurants .I would put one next to every restaurant that is a house of death and decay As for my own eating while away from home, I have learned to be prepared. I carry alot of my own food with me. I cannot have anything at my hotel's free breakfast, except the fresh fruit, which is not a bad thing. But the place where I am staying only has a syruppy fruit cocktail! Well, that's is not healthy and I don't do white sugar, soooo, I bring  my own food. That means toting my own creamer, my own salad dressings, etc.

Stopping at rest areas was dismal. It's generally nothing but death for sale, available for the public. I found one small cooler in the corner of a snack stand that had some different choices, but they were mostly yogurt and "gourmet" sandwhiches, indicating chicken and roast beef. Sigh. But once. Onece, I looked behind the yogurt and actually found some fruit cups. YAY!

So I keep riding the bus and daydreaming. I dream of funding shelters to save as many lives as possible, and of starting a vegan chain of restaurants to save even more...

    I would absolutely love to open up a Vegan Restaurant, especially being from MA, there aren't a lot of options. Oh well, where would we be without our dreams! P.S. I love the picture of the Asparagus in the French Fry container.!
