I have never consciously made a vegan meal. When I think about the food I eat though, there have been times when I have eaten a vegan meal and not even realized I was eating one. Things I can recall include: lentil soup, salad, and peanut butter on apple slices.
I already eat gluten free for my health and I am exploring more vegetarian options. I don't know if I will ever commit to being a full time vegan but it is something I want to explore and learn more about.
