1 Cup of Rice
1 and a half cup of water
1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Touch of Garlic Salt
In frying pan, over medium heat, saute rice until slight brown stirring constantly.
Combine remaining ingredients. Turn cap down to medium low. Let simmer with lid for approximately, 15 minutes stirring occasioally.
Makes for an excellent meal when poured with a bowl of pinto beans and a slice of hot corn bread to go along with it. Also, great to have for an early breakfast with some scrambled egges. and biscuits. Enjoy, a nice tall cup of Florida's delicious orange juice to go with it when eating breakfast.
