Some unlikely combinations of flavours are so strange and tasty, like peanut and coffee. I first saw this drink advertised on a massive poster while on vacation in northern Sulawesi. I didn’t have to even think about it. I ordered it, and it was superb! Peanut in liquid form is just incredible: full of flavour, smooth texture and incredibly rich when blended with coffee. I have created this recipe based on that drink I had.
For 4 large glasses of peanut coffee:
1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
1 cup icecubes
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup almond or soy milk
sugar to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a slushy consistency. There you go, you can now drink peanut coffee!
