As we all know, becoming vegan has its advantages and downsides. Although we adore the food we eat, there are just some things that we want to continue eating, or I should say that for which we search for the best alternative. However, when it comes to manufactured vegan cheeses, egg replacements or any other type of alternative, we sometimes can't be sure we are getting something that truly is healthier than the animal by-products we are avoiding due to the high content of salt, sugar, preservatives, or chemical additives found in these types of products.
I came across this video, which quickly explains how to make a delicious alternative to some of our most beloved foods, and in a timely manner, too! All you need to do, if you wish to keep your food as pure, natural and organic as possible, is purchase organic tofu, lemons and margarine. Voila!
