I love avocadoes, so this is my kind of recipe! And how cool is that, that you can also use the skins for a facial! I am out of votes for today but will definitely come back and vote tomorrow.

Vote #3! I love guacomole dip. How do I test the avocados at the store to determine if they are ripe?

Thanks for the link Diana, very helpful. I find that very frustrating with avocadoes too; I love them, but trying to guage the optimum time to eat is difficult! I usually find they are over-ripe, but the other day I under-estimated, and then had to eat one that was too hard! (Because I certainly wasn't going to waste it!) So hopefully I will know in future.

Yes, I had that happen a couple of times.. and it was really hard to squash the avocado into guacamole! My darling 'true Mexicano' friend gave me 'ripe advice' - tee hee.. LOVE her so! :) Your welcome and so glad you didn't waste any avocado! ;)
