Eat More Veggies To Prevent Breast Cancer

Certain vegetables can prevent breast cancer, such as broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, spinach, collards, kale, tomatoes, cabbage and carrots. Whether cooked or raw, a combination of these vegetables can make many delicious meals. Besides the obvious salad dishes, these vegetables can also be steamed or juiced. A combination of certain vegetables can make a vegan sandwich quite tasty. These vegetables can also be added to noodles, rice or pasta. As you can tell, the amount of different dishes that can be created are endless.

    Just voted. Thanks for the tips of the vegetables that can prevent breast cancer. I am glad, that I stopped by here today. I have this dreadful disease in my family, and would love to be the one, that can beat the odds of ever getting it.
