Classic Vegan Mango Margarita Mocktail

Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Margaritas are one of those classic drinks that can put an instant smile on your face. I am a huge fan of mangoes, so I dreamed of using mangoes to make an insanely simple margarita mocktail. This recipe is custom, since I am using a limited number of ingredients to keep things real quick and easy.

Ingredients:

½ a cup of fresh mango puree (1-2 mangoes)

2-3 tablespoons of lime juice

1 tablespoon of sugar syrup

4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

A few lemon wedges

A handful of mint leaves Ice cubes

Directions:

Step 1: First, peel & tcut the mangoes and blend them until you get a smooth puree. Step 2:  Next, take the mango puree and pour it

Step 2:  Next, take the mango puree and pour it into a container. Add your sugar syrup and lemon juice to the puree. Step 3: Now, add water and stir the ingredients properly. Step 4: Take the mocktail glasses and rub the lemon wedge on the rim of each of them. Step 5: You can now spread the powdered sugar on a plate and dip the glass rim so that the powdered sugar sticks to the glass rim. Do the same

Step 3: Add water and stir properly. Step 4: Take the mocktail glasses and rub the lemon wedge on the rim of each of them. Step 5: You can now spread the powdered sugar on a plate and dip the glass rim so that the powdered sugar sticks to the glass rim. Do the same

Step 4: Take your mocktail glasses and rub lemon wedge on the rim of each.

Step 5: You can now spread the powdered sugar on a plate and dip the glass rims so that the powdered sugar sticks. You could also try using salt if you feel the mangoes are too sweet for your liking.

Step 6: Once your mocktail glasses are done, you can put some ice cubes in the glasses and pour in your mango margarita. Garnish with some fresh mint leaves. (You can even put some lemon wedges on the rim of the glasses!)

Cheers!
