Prep Time: 7 minutes for each pizza

Whenever I crave for any food, I try to experiment until I find the perfect vegan version. This time, I’m sharing different pizza topping ideas. I love using organic vegan ingredients, as they are fresh and healthy. I also prefer buying readymade vegan dough from the supermarket, because it saves me a lot of time and it also makes these recipes quick and easy. You can bake all the pizzas for about 20 to 25 minutes at 150 degrees C. Once you see that the toppings have gotten a golden brown color and the bread has fluffed up, you can remove the pizza from the oven. So here are a few of my favorite pizza topping combinations!
Onions, Potatoes, and Rosemary
Once in awhile, I like to indulge in this simple yet rich pizza. Simply slice some potatoes, onions, and spread them on the dough. Drizzle some virgin olive oil or add some vegan butter. Next, sprinkle some sea salt and rosemary on the top and let the pizza bake until the toppings have a beautiful golden brown color.
Classic Tomato and Vegan Cheese
Spread the ready-made dough onto a pan or tray. Then, spread some organic tomato paste on it. You can top the base with some salt, pepper, olive oil, and vegan cheese. If you want, you could also add some fresh basil on the top. Bake the pizza and enjoy!
Zucchini, Red Onions, Squash, and Pistachios
Slice some zucchini, squash, and red onions. Spread them over the dough and drizzle some olive oil as well. Add some salt and sliced pistachios towards the end and bake the pizza. If you like, you can add some vegan cheese and pepper for seasoning.
Sometimes, I like to caramelize the onions before placing them over the pizzas for a slightly different taste; you could also do the same. Do remember that using a good oven makes a huge difference when it comes to baking the perfect pizza. And yes, the well-balanced toppings can be a hit with all your family and friends too! After all, pizzas have the power to bring people together, don't they?
